Pakistan remembers its brightest mind in the field of science and technology. Arfa Karim held the accolade of Youngest Microsoft Professional at a tender age of 10.
Reflecting upon her achievements in 2006 Arfa had stated:
“People say i am a genius. I might be one but i am not the only one. There are many other Pakistani girls and boys like me. All those gems need, is a little bit of polishing. And I will do it. That’s my aim.”
“If you want to do something big in your life, you must remember that shyness is only the mind, If you think shy, you act shy. If you think confident you act confident. Therefore never let shyness conquer your mind.”
The candle of light illuminated by her in the field of IT shall remain glowing forever.
