A video of Pakistani actor Ali Rehman Khan was recently leaked to social media showing him yelling and lashing out at staff at a local fast food restaurant.
In the video, which has made rounds on Twitter, we see the actor frantically waving his money around and yelling at the staff ‘do you know who I am’?. There was no information provided as to why the actor was angry.
Following intense backlash from the leak, the actor took to Twitter to announce that the video was staged as part of a ‘social experiment’. He claimed his reasons for staging this were to raise awareness of #TumJaanteHoMeinKonHoonCulture and to bring to light the disparities between the lower class and upper class in the country.
Despite his clarification, there has been no confirmation from any third parties that this video was actually staged.
