Former President Musharraf made a statement from his hospital bed in Dubai claiming that he ‘safeguarded’ Pakistan for 10 years.
The former President further went on to explain that the ongoing high treason case against him is baseless and that he ‘safeguarded and fought wars for the nation’.
He added that the court wasn’t listening to his lawyer, Salman Safdar, or letting him have a say in the case either.
He further added that the commission should come to Dubai and see for themselves how sick he is before making a decision.
He explained that he was confident that if the court took the time out to listen to him and his lawyers, he would get justice from the court.
