Thousands of Israelis protested against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu whilst standing two metres apart from each other.
This week, Israel has begun to relax its lockdown but protesters still observed social distancing in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
How the protest was organised
Organisers of the protest made sure that government regulations were followed during the protest. They marked of 2800 spots in Tel Aviv Square for people stand on. Protesters also worse face masks abiding by health guidelines.
In an attempt to rescue a failing democratic system under Netanyahu, protesters held up the Israeli flag alongside black flags. There were also signs that read, “”I will not be quiet because my country has changed its face.”
Israeli Prime Minister signed an agreement to form a coalition with his rival marking the end of a year of political deadlock with the opposition.
