What happened:

Filza wanted her voice to be heard and wanted everyone to refrain from using the application as she said, “Boycott Uber.” Filza shared, “Their customer service is also shi**y. There is no helpline or customer care office.” Whereas, she also complained, “They still haven’t provided me with any satisfactory answer as to what measures will be taken. We should all collectively boycott them because they don’t care about their customers.”

What she shared with ProperGaanda

She shared the responses of Uber in the form of screenshots, in which the ride-hailing company claimed that an internal investigation would be conducted. However, ProperGaanda also reached out to Uber for a comment, but we are yet to receive one.
