Newlywed bride headbutts husband and breaks his nose just a day after the wedding

What happened: A newlywed Florida bride spent the day after her wedding night in jail o domestic violence charges as she allegedly head-butted her husband and broke his nose. The bride was identified as Stefanie Ginas and the local police responded to a disturbance between the couple at the Hilton Hotel late at night. Whereas, Newsweek.com quoted the incident and the local police department as  “Her(Stefanie) and chest were covered in blood and she was crying. Ginas’ mother advised there was some sort of altercation between Ginas and her husband.”  Details: At the same time, the husband, identified as John Gerhard, left the hotel following the alleged assault. On the other hand, the wife claimed that she had wrestled with her husband in self-defense, though she claimed that the altercation was started by herself. Florida police: The husband returned to the hotel and admitted to having caused a few injuries to the wife as a result of a scuffle. Preliminary police investigations revealed,  “An act of domestic battery did occur. Both parties advised they were the primary aggressor, and both parties sustained injuries, consistent with both subjects’ complaints.”
