What happened: A 30 years old Pakistani expat who works in Saudi Arabia survived after trying to commit suicide by eating cement. The Pakistani worker swallowed a cement mixture which caused a complete blockage in his stomach. His stomach tissues were also damaged due to the cement mixture. However, the reason for him eating cement is not yet clarified. 
Details: After a three-hour-long operation, the Saudi surgeons were able to save his life. The Saudi surgeons’ team was able to extract cement from his stomach before he was stabilized. At the same time, the doctors also treated the damaged tissues of his stomach caused by the cement mixture.
