نوجوانوں میں پاکستانی فنون لطیف کا زوال
ستمبر 2015 میں ایک نورویجن ڈرامے نے تمام یورپی ممالک کے نوجوانوں کی توجہ اس طرح حاصل کی کہ ماضی کے تمام عداد بصارت کے رکارڈ توڑ دئیے۔ اس ایک ڈرامے کی ہداہتکارہ اور اداکاروں کو نوروے کے ریاستی تمغات سے لے کر، برطانوی شاہی خاندان کے افراد سے ملنے کا موقع ملا۔ اس سب کے پیچھے ہدایتکاراہ جولی اینڈیم کی ایک سادہ سوچ تھی؛ ان کے ملک کے نوجوان تمام وقت غیرملکی مواد دیکھتے تھے اور وہ ان کو مقامی مواد کی طرف متوجہ کرنا چاہتی تھیں۔
اس سے پہلے کہ یہ کہانی آگے بھڑے، یہ سوال پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ پاکستانی نوجوانوں اور فنون لطیف کا اس سب سے کیا تعلق واستہ ہے؟ پاکستان میں بھی یہی حال ہے، کتنے فیصد پاکستانی نوجوان پاکستانی ڈرامے دیکھتے ہیں؟ اس میں ان کا کچھ قصور بھی نہیں، جب فنون لطیف و تمثیل کے نام پر ساس بہو کی لڑائی اور دوسری شادی کا رونا دھونا دیکھایا جائے گا تو کون نوجوان انہیں دیکھیں گے۔ زیادہ تر جوان ناظرین غیر ملکی تمثیلات دیکھتے ہیں، جیسے گیم اف تھرونز یا والکینگ ڈیڈ وغیرہ۔ ہم غیر ملکی ڈراموں میں پاکسانیوں کی اچھی نمائندگی تلاش کرتے ہیں مگر حقیقی و صحیح نمائندگی تو ان ساس بہو کی لڑائیوں میں بھی نہیں۔ پاکستان میں کوئی مواد بلخصوص نوجوانوں کے لیئے بنتا ہی نہیں، تمام ڈرامے ادھیڑ عمر خواتین کے لیئے ہوتے ہیں۔ اس سب میں کوئی تعجب نہیں کہ پاکستانی نوجوان مقامی ڈرامے نہیں دیکھتے۔ ایسی صورت میں نوروے کی ہدایتکارہ جولی اینڈم کا ڈرامہ “سکام (یعنی شرم)” ہمارے لئیے ہدایت کا حامل ہے۔
اینڈم نے نوجوانوں کی پسند کو بہتر سمجھنے کے لئیے تحقیقات شروع کی۔ پہلے یہ صرف فنون لطیف سے متعلق، نوجوانوں سے مذکرات تک محدود تھی۔ مگر اس سب کے دوران اینڈم نے اس تحقیقات کی جواب دہندگان کی نجی زندگی تک توسیع کی۔ اس تحقیقات سے یہ معلوم ہوا کہ مسئلہ زوپہلو تھا۔ اول تو یہ کہ نوجوانوں کے مسائل کی نمائندگی کرنے والے اور نوجوانوں کے لئیے بننے والے ڈرامے کم تھے۔ اور جو تھے وہ نوجوانوں کی نمائندگی کم اور ادھیڑ عمر ہدایتکاروں کے نوجوانوں کے متعلق تاثرات کی نمائندگی زیادہ کرتے تھے۔ شعبہ عمرانیات میں اس رجحان کو “بالغ نگاہ” کہتے ہیں، یعنی کسی گروہ کی نمائندگی حقیقت کے زاویے سے نہیں بلکہ ایک دوسرے گروہ کی نگاہ کے زاویے سے ہو رہی ہے۔ اس صورت میں نوجوانوں کی نمائندگی بالغ/ادھیڑ عمر افراد کی نگاہ سے ہو رہی ہے۔
کہنے سے مراد کہ جوان لوگ وہ نیک پارسہ مخلوق نہیں جو ہم ٹی وی کے ڈراموں میں دیکھنے کو ملتے ہیں۔ نوجوانوں کی توجہ حاصل کرنے کے لئیے اداکاروں، ہدایتکاروں، اور خاص طور پر مصنفین کو کچھ پوشیدہ و ممنوعہ حقائق پر ڈرامے بنانے پڑھیں گے۔ یہ بات بھی پوشیدہ نہیں کہ اکثر و بیشتر نوجوان منشیات کا استعمال کرتے ہیں اور جوان لڑکیوں کو معاشرے سے بہت سے مسائل کا سامنا ہوتا ہے۔ نوجوانوں میں باہمی تعلقات ہوتے ہیں، کئی نوجوان جنسی شناخت کو لے کر پریشان ہیں۔ ان سب معاملات پر ڈرامے اگر بنیں تو نوجوان کیوں نہ دیکھیں، مگر ٹی وی چینلوں سے امید رکھنا بھی بےمعنی ہے۔ ٹی وی پر جو بھی آئے گا وہ حذف کردہ ہوگا اور حقیقت کو گھونت کر پیش کیا جائے گا کیونکہ ٹی وی چینل ایسے ممنوعہ موضوعات پر بات نہیں کرنا چاہتے۔ ایسے میں اس خلا کو پر کرنے والا طبقہ نوجوان یوٹیوبرز کا ہے۔ یوٹیوب پر روایتی چینلوں جیسی کوئی روک ٹوک نہیں ہوگی، اور مصنفین اور ہدایتکار بھی نوجوان ہوں گے۔ اس کی مثال ہمیں یوٹیوبر تیمور صلاحالدین عرف مورو کے تین اقسات پر مشتمل ڈرامے “سائے” میں ملتی ہے، اس ڈرامے کو نوجوانوں میں خاصی پذیرائی ملی۔ اس سب میں یہ بہت ضروری ہے کہ ایسے ممنوعہ موضوعات پر روشنی ڈالتے ہوئے لہجہ اخلاقیات یا مذہب کا درس دینے کا سا نہ ہو۔ ان موضوعات کو انسانی ہمدردی اور ایک شخصی وقار کے ساتھ دیکھا نا اہم ہے۔
