Pakistan Customs arrested seven suspects and seized 3,000 kilograms of hash

What happened: The Pakistan Customer and Maritime Security Agency, in operation at the Arabian Sea, confiscated drugs worth 45 crore rupees. The three thousand kilograms of hash was estimated at 45 crores and seven suspects were arrested in the process as the drugs were hidden in an international ship docked at the sea. Whereas, further investigations are being conducted by the Pakistan Custom and Maritime Security Agency. What you need to know: Karachi has been noted as the hub of drugs in the country; during February alone, 304 kilograms of heroin and five hundred kilograms of hashish were seized in the port city. At the same time, in another operation at the Arabian Sea, 625 kilograms of drug consignments were seized, as the Sea remains a top spot for smugglers.
