Police abducted student activist,Mohsin Abdali & hasn’t disclosed the police station he’s kept at

Six armed policemen, and three men in plain clothes picked up Mohsin Abdali from his home in Mughalpura around 4 am in the morning. They did not state any charge, or the reason why he was being investigated.

He was sleeping in the room, was shaken awake by the men, who hit him, dragged him out on gunpoint and forced him to sit in a car outside the house. The men, claiming to be law enforcement personnel, verbally abused Mohsin’s parents and took away his laptop. The family was not told in which police station an FIR about his detention could be found. Twitter demands release of Mohsin Abdali Mohsin Abdali is a student currently completing his Mphil from Punjab University. He is also one of the leaders of students collective who organised the students solidarity march. Many have taken to twitter to challenge his arrest and have demanded his release.
