Women have higher quality of life as compared to men: Study
What happened: International journal of liberal arts and social science’s manuscript by Baine B. Craft and Associate Professor of Psychology and Biology Haley A. Carroll noted that men and women have different exercise habits. And as the quality of life is affected by exercise, women have a better quality of life than men. Their research revealed that women have significantly higher training and quality of life than men, as “women reported exercising for weight loss and toning more than men.”
Details: Another research found that “women engaging in the regular, low-intensity activity report higher self-esteem and quality of life when compared to women engaging in regular, high-intensity exercise.” Hence, the research suggests that the gender difference not only affects other phases of life but also affects the quality of life.
