Halloween season: 5 daycare workers face felony charges for scaring kids with ‘Scream’ masks’ 

What happened:  After a video went viral of a daycare centre in Hamilton, Mississippi, where the workers were seen taunting children while wearing a mask similar to the one seen in the  ‘Scream’  film, the five workers were charged with three counts of felony and child abuse.  More:  Oci-Anna Kilburn, Sheyenne Mills, Sierra McCandless, and Jennifer Newman were reported to be in their 20s, and their manager, Traci Huston, was charged with failure to report abuse.  What did they do?  The workers were seen sneaking up and scaring kids at the Lil Blessings Childcare and Learning Centre,  “the daycare workers were captured donning a mask and going up to different children and screaming in their faces as they cried and even hid out of fear.”
