Three Faisalabad men arrested for blackmailing and sharing obscene pictures of a US teenager who committed suicide 

What happened: On March 24, local publications reported that the Federal Investigation Agency arrested three suspects involved in sharing obscene pictures of a US girl on different social media platforms. Dunya News quoted,  “The arrested persons became friends with her(US teenager) through social media and acquired her objectionable pictures and videos.”  Subsequently, the three suspects uploaded pictures on social media which later got viral and the girl committed suicide.  Details: Whereas, UrduPoint reported,  “The US embassy had given a formal request to the agency to proceed against the suspects, pointing out that the agency was responsible for taking action against online harassment and blackmailing through sharing of obscene videos.”
