What happened: On Apr 20, the newly-appointed Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah changed his Twitter profile picture where he’s sitting in his office and Pakistanis were quick to react to it. 
Previously: People are questioning the minister’s appointment because of his drug case in the past. The Anti-Narcotics Force arrested Rana Sanaullah near the Sukheki point on the Islamabad-Lahore highway in July 2020. According to the ANF, the PML-N leader’s car contained 15 kilogrammes of narcotics. In December of the same year, he was released on bail. In 2020, including 3 other ministers, police filed a case of attempted murder against Rana Sanaullah. According to the FIR, four PML-N supporters who attended a public gathering of the Pakistan Democratic Movement in Gujranwala on October 16, 2020 attempted to attack police officers with their car. He is now the Interior Minister of Pakistan and people question that whether a person who has drugs and murder cases against him is even eligible for the position or not.
