Wrongfully double murder convict sues Kansas County for $93 million

What happened: A Kansas man spent 23 years in prison for a double murder that he did not commit and is now seeking 93 million dollars in damages from the county where he was convicted and alleged that a former detective framed him. The 45 year old Lamonte McIntyre has filed a lawsuit and alleged that Kansas County is responsible for the actions of a maligned detective and other officers involved in his prosecution. Details:   At the same time, Lamonte’s mother is seeking thirty million dollars as she alleged that a police officer coerced her into sex and then framed her son for a double murder homicide in 1004 because she rejected the detective’s sexual advances. The maligned police officer was identified as Golubski, who also allegedly abused a black woman for years and his fellow officers were aware of the crime. On the other hand, the police officer has denied all allegations and asked to provide evidence.
