What happened: On March 24, PPP Senator, Sherry Rehman took to her Twitter account, stating that Prime Minister Imran Khan has lost his mandate, “With each passing day is losing numbers in parliament as well as support,” adding that he’s subverting his constitution to save the government which is a ‘poor reflection’ of his state of mind. Details: Previously, on March 19, in another series of tweets, the PPP Senator stated: “Member coercion will not assist, and threats to the federation will not help, but they seem to care little for the country as they drag it through a crisis of their own devising,” she continued, referring to the ‘unconstitutional measures’ used to delay the no-confidence motion’s procedures. What else: Rehman further predicted that the party would lose more members with time, “Denial isn’t going to save them,” she said.
