Police conducted raids on Thursday to arrest three men nominated in a rape case by a woman in Kokianwala area.
The woman told police that she was asked to collect ration from a room in the home of one of the accused, Rashid, near Jameel Park. The complainant, a resident of chak 224RB Wazir Khanwali, said three men, Rashid, Dilawar and Shakur, molested her repeatedly despite her screaming. She said the accused later freed her and gave her ration and money to cover up their crime. She also informed the police that Dilawar and Shakur are acquaintances of her husband.
