This Naseem Shah moment from before the match is the only thing Pakistani fans want to talk about

The 16 year old fast bowler, Naseem Shah was overcome with emotion after he was handed his debut Test cap before the start of the opening Test against Australia in Brisbane on Thursday. The teenage pacer lost his mother last week but could not return home for the funeral so he could achieve his cricketing dream; an opportunity many aim for but only a lucky few achieve.

Teammates cheered as bowling coach Waqar Younis put the green-coloured cap on Naseem. The young Naseem was embraced by his team mates as they showed their support.

The awarding of the first cap is a cricketing tradition for young players making their debuts.

Naseem Shah kissed the Pakistan badge on the cap and wiped off his tears as he put it on. Naseem is the youngest ever cricketer to make his debut in Australia.
