Walked down the street yesterday
Sun on my back
Working hard in life now
To get back on the right track.
Sometimes shit happens that makes you doubt
The stuff that you made your whole life about.
Sometimes you can’t open your eyes to see what’s here
The shit that when you think about brings about a tear.
Sometimes in life, you gotta let go
That’s the only time you truly grow.
Just let it go.
Just let them go.
Because everyone gets knocked down
But it’s about how fast you can get up after
Not how fast you can drown.
