What more: The Darakhshan police registered a First Information Report (FIR) against several individuals, including Amir, Khalid Ahmed, and Malik Subhan, based on a complaint from Shahid Lashari Baloch. The charges included assaulting a woman, criminal intimidation, and causing bodily harm, among others.
Also: Investigating Officer Muhammad Akram presented the suspects before Judicial Magistrate (South) Mazhar Ali. Before the hearing, the president and general secretary of the Karachi Bar Association tried to mediate a settlement between the parties. Ultimately, both sides agreed to resolve the issue after the suspects expressed their willingness to apologize in court.
Additionally: The defense lawyer then filed a bail application for the suspects. After hearing from both sides, the court granted bail to the three men, each required to pay a surety bond of Rs30,000. The complainant stated that he and his family were dining at a restaurant in DHA when a verbal argument arose between his sister-in-law and an unidentified woman over chair usage. This dispute escalated into a physical attack on his family by both male and female members of the woman’s family.
