This was in retaliation for poor treatment during a previous visit, where she felt dismissed and disrespected. At the StarLight Place shopping centre in Chongqing, she had faced unhelpful staff, outdated items, and was even ignored when she asked for water.
After her complaint to the brand’s headquarters went unanswered, she returned with a bag of cash to exact her payback.
