What happened : In a tweet Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry stated that initial investigations suggest use of explosives in yesterday’s bus blast, adding that terrorism cannot be ruled out. The blast took place in Upper Kohistan and claimed the lives of twelve staff members, including 9 Chinese nationals, working on the Dasu Hydropower project.

Details: Earlier the foreign minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, issued a statement insisting that the bus blast was an “accident,” after the Chinese government probed Pakistan to investigate into the matter.
