What happened:
Police officials have stated that the body of a 17 year old girl, Savera, has been found a day after her mother was murdered in cold blood. Savera’s body was recovered by the police, on Wednesday, from a deserted area in Dhanola, Faisalabad. Police officers have revealed that there were marks of torture on Savera’s body. A day before Savera’s body was found, her mother, Saadia, was murdered by armed men who broke into their house. The cause of Saadia’s death is being reported as a gunshot wound to the eye. Savera was also kidnapped by these armed intruders, after her mother’s killing. The police have filed a case after a complaint from Saadia’s brother-in-law, police officials have also said that an investigation is underway to determine the motive for the murder of both mother and daughter.
