Female doctor commits suicide after she was accused of killing a pregnant woman

What happened: A Rajasthan doctor was charged for allegedly killing a pregnant woman at a private facility in Rajasthan’s Dausa district. An FIR was registered against Dr Archana Sharma and her husband for allegedly causing the death of a pregnant woman at the hospital run by Archana. Previously, the pregnant woman’s relative lodged a complaint at the local police station against Dr Archana. However, later the police reported that the doctor had committed suicide. Details: It is pertinent to mention that NDTV quoted the local police as  “The doctor was booked for the pregnant woman’s death due to negligence in treatment. Today afternoon, the doctor hanged herself to death at her residence above the hospital.”  The police are conducting further investigations. Whereas, it has also been reported that the police claimed that Dr. Archna Sharma was tense over the case, and her death; note was also shared by the police, which read,  “I made no mistake, the patient died of a complication; during childbirth.”
