He announced his intention to unveil a social movement by the name ‘Aik Awam Movement’. The incentive of this movement is to preserve and protect the rights of every citizen, including their life and property.
Nasir announced via social media that he would be launching a movement and begin his formal political journey. Despite the backlash he is facing over religious matters, Nasir expressed how the elections have strengthened his desire to fight for the rights of the commoners and helped him build a foundation for his politics.
With a clear vision in mind, Nasir believes that the Aik Awam Movement is set to provide the basic necessities such as healthcare, education, electricity and water – all of the requirements promised by the constitution of Pakistan.
We’ve launched a social movement “Aik Awam Movement” which will work on our campaign promises across Pak starting with Khi working for all citizens regardless of their political affiliation. The same will lay foundations for a new political party in future https://t.co MowZFkQGZ — M. Jibran Nasir (@MJibranNasir) July 27, 2018
“Jibran Nasir launches “Aik Awam Movement”. We will work on Campaign promises for all citizens. Elections decides who goes into Parliament. It doesnt end our ongoing problems & we all need to play an active role in helping Parliament solve those problems.https://t.co/kF6QE4OfeU — M. Jibran Nasir (@MJibranNasir) July 27, 2018
Nasir’s desire to continue his plan for a better Pakistan shows true dedication of a politician working towards the betterment of the country, exclusive of personal gains. All politicians could learn a thing or two from Nasir whose defeat has not faltered him.
