Details: Barrister Murtaza Wahab, the Administrator of KMC, laid the groundwork for the solar park plan at Kidney Hill Park. He tweeted that KMC has begun work on the project, which would generate 100 kilowatts of electricity. Barrister Wahab also stated that the clean energy generated by the solar park will be used to cover its electricity expenses for street lights nearby the location. What you need to know: Previously, Barrister Wahab announced that the solar panels will be operational within a few months and would generate 100kw of electricity at a monthly cost of Rs. 5 million. Additionally, the Civil Aviation Authority is persistent that it will gradually transition all airports in the country to solar energy.
