What happened: On March 21, several slabs of cement fell from the second floor of a building under construction near Abu Bakar Mosque in the Upper Gizri district, killing Dua Arsalan, a 30 year-old pregnant woman, and injuring her four-year-old daughter, according to details. Details: The mother and daughter were taken to Jinnah Hospital by residents and family members. Doctors claimed the young girl’s health was also critical.
