What happened: Devin Ratray, better known as his character name in Home Alone “Buzz”, was arrested on the 23rd of December on two domestic assaults and one battery charge. The charges against the Home Alone actor include battery by strangulation and misdemeanour domestic assault, as reports suggest that Devin strangulated his girlfriend. Details: Hollywood reporter’s report claimed that an affidavit saying that Devin choked his girlfriend and said that this is how you die was brought to the authorities attention. However, Devin Ratray surrendered to the local police as his attorney said; “Mr Ratray denies he ever laid a hand on her or did anything in regards to anything like that.” On the other hand, Devin’s girlfriend has alleged that the actor often got into heated altercations with her and choked her as she suffered multiple injuries. Later, Devin Ratray was released on bonds of 25,000 US dollars.
