Artist and activist Leena Ghani took to Instagram to expose that designer Maria B is charging nearly Rs. 10,000 for outfits she allegedly copied from an illustrator on @palestinequebec‘s page. Ghani also demanded transparency in Maria B’s charity work, asking her to clearly tag the charities she supports, similar to how other brands do.
