Pakistani models, Mushk Kaleem and Alicia Khan, will be walking for Italian designer Stella Jean at Milan Fashion Week on September 21.
The designer had visited Pakistan earlier this year, where she had met with government representatives and showed a keen interest in the textile craft indigenous to Pakistan’s North.
Stella certainly took inspiration from her observations, as she has incorporated Northern handicraft techniques into her upcoming collection.
This collection is set to show at Milan Fashion Week.
Mushk and Alicia will be two among many other international models who will walk the ramp wearing the collection.
Alicia will be joining Mushk in Milan some days before the Fashion Week starts; she will indubitably be missing all the exclusive events she would have been invited to; however, both models are equally excited to make their international debut and are looking forward to having a meaningful experience to open up more opportunities for them and other Pakistani models.
