Two Male Medical College Students Arrested In Nimrita’s Suspected Murder Case

Larkana police have arrested two of Nimrita Kumari’s classfellows for suspected murder of the deceased BDS student.

The police informed media outlets that the students were brought in on Wednesday after tracing call data from Kumari’s cell phone; her hostel room was searched and the pictures of the two suspects, as well as their exam passes, were found on the scene.

Nimrita was found in her room at Bibi Aseefa Dental College in Larkana with injury marks on her neck.

While the post mortem report failed to come up with anything conclusive, her family suspects that Kumari was murdered.
Meanwhile, members of the Hindu community and civil society demanded the formation of a joint investigation team to conduct a judicial probe into her death. Read more here: Dead body of medical student discovered in hostel
