Model and actress Uzma Khan accused business tycoon Malik Riaz’s daughters of forcibly barging into her house with twelve armed men and violently attacking her. She has submitted a preliminary application to the police for registration of an FIR against the incident. However, the FIR registered by the Punjab police is weak. The actor’s lawyer Hassan Niazi was allegedly detained by police officials for ‘insisting’ on registration of the FIR. Talking about the FIR, Hassan Niazi said that a very ‘weak’ FIR was registered which didn’t explain the gravity of the incident.
This is such a weak FIR, doesn’t in any way explain the gravity of what happened, its a cover up. The real story clipped, important sections omitted. The system yet again failed to deliver, it was and is a case of the hapless people of Pakistan vs the untouchables. (1/2) pic.twitter.com/WYXnqLxdHd

The actress herself took to her social media accounts to inform about her case. She in a tweet wrote, “This FIR that has been registered is completely bogus. Unacceptable. [It] clearly shows there was immense pressure of Malik Riaz on Punjab Police. This lollipop was given due to public pressure.”
