What happened: Ataur Rehman, the SSP Investigation, has said at the pres conference regarding the Noor Mukadam murder case that the suspect Zahir Jaffer was completely sound and in his senses when he was arrested from the murder scene. Details: SSP Rehman further clarified that Zahir may have a history of drug abuse but at the murder scene and the time of arrest he was not intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. While the suspect’s mental health is also a part of the investigation, the police has deduced that Zahir was aware of his actions when committing the murder. When the police arrived at the crime scene, they found Zahir tied up by ropes by other people who he tried to attack after killing Noor. SSP Rehman has emphasised that this case is of utter importance to them and that they are fully committed to ensuring justice for Noor and her family. He promises that based on “solid evidence” Zahir will be convicted and sentenced. Click here to see more from Propergaanda.
