9 sunscreens with SPF 40 and above that will protect your skin from sun damage

If you have space for just one product in your skincare bag, fill it with a tube of your favourite sunscreen. No matter what the forecast is, as long as the sun shines your skin needs protection from its harmful rays. Using the right kind of SPF can rescue your skin from most problems including hyperpigmentation, ageing, the appearance of fine lines, sunburn and even cancer. It’s a myth that Asian skin tones don’t need protection. For that reason, local brands always shied away from launching their own sunblocks but not anymore. 

Here’s a list of locally available sunscreens that will you protect you from harmful rays:

5. This brand has oil-free sunscreen
