For quite some time, a woman and her daughter have allegedly been torturing cats in their building by reportedly throwing them from the seventh or eighth floor or mixing poison into their food. Their bodies are broken into small pieces, and they die on the spot. Other residents warned her and threatened her that they would file a case against her for animal cruelty, but she didn’t stop and continued with her abuse.
