Tensions were high before Pakistan faced off against South Africa at Lord’s after the crushing defeat we faced against India in the previous World Cup Match. But the boys in green certainly upheld our expectations this time. Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first. The boys made 308/7 while the probability was that they’d finish at 302. A score closer to 328 would have increased the probability of Pakistan’s win, but with South Africa yet to bat, we’re hoping that we’ll win this one. Here are the highlights from Pakistan’s batting against South Africa
#1. Pakistan starts off strong!
