Mohammad Rizwan moves up in the T20I Rizwan ranking

What happened:

The Pakistani stalwart wicket-keeper batsman Rizwan moves up one spot in the latest International Cricket Council’s ranking. Rizwan moved to the number four position at the ICC ranking after scoring 39 and 40 in the last two T20Is against the Bengal Tigers. It is pertinent to know that Mohammad Rizwan was Pakistan’s star performer during their World Cup journey. Rizwan played a vital role in Pakistan’s five consecutive wins at the T20I World Cup held in the UAE.

What else:

Alongside Rizwan, Pakistan’s skipper Babar Azam retained his top spot despite having a rough patch during the Pak-Bangladesh series. At the same time, the Pakistani pacer Hassan Ali also gained 16 places to No.44. Shadab Khan has also entered the top 15 rankings, revealed by the latest ICC T20I ranking.
