A customer has shared their experience at a Lahore coffee house, alleging they were asked to vacate their table for what staff described as an “elderly regular.” According to the customer, they later realized the table was allegedly given to VIP guests instead.
In response, the coffee house stated that the incident was not a management directive and that it does not believe in VIP culture or asking paying customers to give up their tables. The brand apologized for the customer’s experience, said it would investigate the matter internally and take action against the staff involved, and invited the customer to return for a complimentary coffee while encouraging them to continue the conversation privately.
