What happened:

A Florida-based man named Ramiro Alanis achieved a Guinness World Record for watching ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ 292 times, in cinema.

Details:

Between December 16, 2021, and March 15, 2022, the Florida man watched the film for a total of 720 hours. Over the course of three months, Alanis believed he spent around $3,400 on cinema tickets. Guinness claims he set the record in memory of his late grandma. ‘She was my biggest supporter, and I want to keep the record.’

Previously:

In 2019, Alanis set a new record for ‘most cinema productions attended of the same film’ after watching ‘Avengers: Endgame’ 191 times. In 2021, Arnaud Klein beat him to the global record by watching ‘Kaamelott: First Installment’ 204 times.
