While India was in lockdown, Shafi Vikraman achieved 145 university degrees from 16 countries

What happened: Shafi Vikraman a resident of India’s Kerala city claims that he completed more than 145 degrees from various universities in 16 countries, as the Covid-19 cases peaked up in the country. Shafi Vikraman started the journey of obtaining degrees when the first lockdown started in India and ANI quotes,  “He studied for 20 hours to get these degrees.”  At the same time, Shafi is quoted by the publication,  “The whole country was locked in a lockdown and everyone was in their homes, I made good use of that time.” 

Details: Shafi Vikraman stated that the lockdown was a situation where people were restricted to their homes and were not allowed to come out, but he said,  “I made the most of that time, though it was difficult in the beginning.”  Talking about his achievement in the interview with ANI, Shafi said,  “To achieve such an achievement, one has to be academically talented or so smart; not everyone can do that.” 

More:   The courses which he completed included robotics, cryptocurrency, psychology, blockchain, forensics and artificial intelligence. The New Indian Express quoted him as,  “Yale University is like a dream for us. Now I have certificates from the universities that people dream of us.”
