What happened:

Chris Martin, the lead vocalist and the co-founder of the musical band Coldplay, in an interview with BBC, said, “Our last proper record will come out at the end of 2025 and I think after that we’ll only tour.” However, Chris has hinted at doing collaborative things after 2025, but as a band, Coldplay will end after 2025. It is pertinent to mention that Coldplay’s 9th studio album, Music of the Spheres in 2021, was the top-rated on the UK’s album charts.

 Coldplay band consists of Chris Martin, Will Champion, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Phil Harvey and the band has also won 7 Grammys awards. Coldplay was formed in 1996 and released their first studio album in 200, and since then, they have recorded eight more albums.

Coldplay has also announced the details of their 2022 tour, which will be environmentally friendly as fans will be able to generate kinetic energy for the stage lights. The concert attendees will also generate electricity through a kinetic stadium floor and power bikes as the band aim to have one of the greenest tours in history.
